DALLMER Plate for gaited horses
Especially for Islandic sport horses plates for gaited horses are available in sizes of 120 mm and 130 mm (with a thickness of 4.9 mm). These kinds of farrier supplies have been created whilst taking most established sports regulations into account. In comparison with conventional plastic plates, they have the advantage that due to recesses in the frog area a pad can be positioned without slipping while also providing minimal wear, thus spearing the heels.
