Combi-Clog with aluminium sole
The Dallmer Combi-Clog is a buckle-on hoofshoe for unshod horses which are used for riding and coach riding plus for sudden hoof problems. Two crossed nylon straps across the flexible heels retain the shoe on the hoof. Its shock-absorbing qualities are gentle on both tendons and joints alike. Depending on the ground conditions, the shoe can be equipped with screw-on aluminium horseshoes or plastic soles which can be exchanged at any given moment. The most important requirement for a snug fit on the hoof is the shape of the Clogs by the outsoles in use. Please contact your trusted farrier/podiatrist.
While the DALLMER Clog is being delivered complete with its proven firm sole, the Combi-Clog’s
special feature is the fact that it can be equipped with any available horseshoe or plastic sole.
The alignment with the respective hoof form is being achieved by prescisely forging the horseshoe or
accurately cutting the plastic sole. The length of the straps can be adjusted so that the padded
heel support wraps around the bulb of the heels in the center. The wall of the shoe needs to be
trimmed if the edge of the shoe rubs against the coronary border. The Combi-Clog is being delivered
without the needed soles.
The Combi-Clogs shouldn’t be used on the meadow or for jumping.
